Cable Fork Truck Services Ltd. is an independent family run company that began trading in February 1986. The Managing Director, Fred Lewis who previously had 22 years experience in the automotive and material handling industry, felt the level of service being provided by companies to their customers lacked any real relationship between one another so this formed the foundation which the company was built on, providing customers with quality service with a personal touch.
In 1997 DFL Liftrucs was formed to deal with the increased demand in the sales and hire activities. This step allowed Cable Fork Trucks to concentrate solely on providing their expertise on the maintenance and repair operations for both companies.
